I’ve never been in a place that feels so welcoming then Lakeside. The whole property is well taken care of by the amazing maintenance staff and you have all the freedom in the world living here! You can decorate your room & living room the way YOU want. The coziness and look of this place made me want to live here and I don’t regret it one bit. The amount of amenities & utilities you get for a great price makes this place so incomparable to other places. This place is so modern and beautiful. Deciding to live in the very old and falling apart houses downtown will be a nightmare for you. This place feels like a 5 star hotel in Vegas. Worth every dollar you spend!

I LOVE lakeside!!!! I honestly was a little nervous signing my lease because I did not have any friends to sign with. But, Aaron the CA reassured me that he would match me perfectly. Now I have life long best friends and do not regret my decision to sign. I will be signing to leave here for another year! Worth every single penny! Oh and its pet friendly!!!

This is by far the best student housing in Oswego. I lived downtown my first year off campus and even though it was a little cheaper it was not worth the savings. Living at Lakeside has been amazing. They were the safest place to be during the pandemic and has taking care of me and all my friends. The Community Assistants are seriously so amazing and friendly. Anytime i need anything day or night they are there to assist us. I wish i could live here forever. I will be referring everyone and anyone to lakeside. It will make your fairy tale college experience come true!

Living a Lakeside has been nothing short of luxury. Not only are the apartments very functional but the staff is always available to assist residents when needed. Not to mention the various amenities that are of easy access to residents. I would recommend students looking for an all inclusive, considerably affordable housing option to consider Lakeside Commons.

I lived at Lakeside for only one semester but I wish I lived there all of my college career. They have amazing amenities (Gym, Gameroom, and a beautiful study room). As for their apartments/townhouses they are amazing , Oswego has horrible off campus options with houses falling apart all over town. Lakeside is the best option, and as for the property manager Tina, she was very helpful with my living experience, and even helped me get a job after college. Living by the Lake was one of the best decisions I made in my college career.
